Who is Forum Admin?

Hi,

It's really hard for us Moderators/Site Admin to maintain two lives
    - as BDMLR volunteers and posters
    - doing the "moaning at people" bit on the forum, when moderating
When, really it is the "BDMLR volunteer" and "poster life" that we really signed up to

So, there is a cunning plan:
    - remove the person from the equation and all moderation is done by Forum Admin, not as "us"
    - all comments have a standard header and footer, so consistent and cannot be seen as "Pointed"
    - have a standard stock of moderation words, so everyone person sees the same thing
    - people won't feel it is personal because it is from an anonimous person, rather than a friend or colleague
    - no one has to think about the words to use
    - we just do our mod/admin thing
    - then we can post properly from a non-mod/admin basis i.e. we can be human again Wink
So, if we do need to moderate, then you will see a posting from Forum Admin indicating what the problem was and possibly a suggestion of what to avoid for the future.

Forum Admin is basically an alias it is no particular Moderator / Site Administration, in fact no one will know who performed the moderation

...... I suppose it is like the forum has made a posting itself......

I hope that makes sense, if not, please PM (Private Message) Forum Admin and we'll try to answer your question

All the best
Moderators and Site Admin
